How implementation works

A clear process from the first meeting to daily use.

First we understand the work. Then we agree the result, build it with your team and stay close during launch. You always know what happens next and who is responsible.

FIELD CONTEXT · ILLUSTRATIVE

One clear handoff connects the booking to the people delivering the tour.

  1. 01 · Introductory call

We discuss your team, the current process and the problem you want to solve first.

  2. 02 · Operations Review

We map the workflow and recommend the smallest implementation that will make a useful difference.

  3. 03 · Written proposal

You receive the price, timing, included work, optional extras and a simple definition of “done”.

  4. 04 · Setup and launch

We configure the system, train the team and support the first weeks of real use.

What we need from you

One responsible person and timely materials.

Projects move faster when one person can approve decisions and the team provides products, prices, media and access when agreed.

The first 90 days

We help the team settle in and make the agreed system work properly.

The launch period covers defects and practical questions about the delivered solution. New features remain possible, but they are estimated separately.

01

Fixing defects

If the delivered system does not work as agreed, we correct it.

02

Launch help

We answer questions, help with the agreed content and provide follow-up training within the included time.

03

New requests

New workflows, fields, reports and connections receive a separate estimate before work begins.

Support after launch

We watch the system and tell you what needs attention.

Regular checks cover availability, backups, certificates and known errors. AI helps group events and prepare a readable report; Ivan reviews important issues and approves production changes.

01

Monitor

We check uptime, backups, application errors and the operational signals agreed for your system.

02

Report

You receive a short summary of what is healthy, what changed and what needs a decision.

03

Escalate

Payment differences, serious incidents and proposed production changes are always reviewed by a person.

Before you sign, you know what everyone will do.

The Operations Review turns a broad wish into a clear implementation plan, price and decision.
