Sound familiar?

A guide does three jobs: guide, dispatcher and bookkeeper.

22:40 · “Any seats for tomorrow?”

The question arrives on WhatsApp, Instagram and email. While you answer, the traveller books with someone else.

3% of every booking

The platform takes a cut of your sales. On $5,000 a month that is $150 — every month, however hard you work.

06:30 · “What time is my pickup?”

Pickup times live in chats, the guide rings round hotels and the cash is written in a notebook.

What's inside

12 things Sava does differently.

Everything below already works in the product. The full list is on the features page. All features →

  1. 01

    No cut of your bookings

Travellers pay straight into your Stripe or PayPal. The money never passes through us — and we take nothing from it.

  2. 02

A whole website, not a booking button

Home page, catalogue, tour pages and a blog. Four looks, your domain, full SEO, about 50 languages.

  3. 03

A date opens only when a guide is free

The system assigns travellers to guides, fills the group first and explains in one click why a date is closed.

  4. 04

    Pickups without phone calls

The pickup time reaches the guest by itself — you have 10 minutes to fix it. “Guide on the way” on a map, an “I'll be there” button, boarding by QR ticket.

  5. 05

Guide cash, as it really works

A day report, office approval, a running balance and debts both ways. Not just a “paid on site” checkbox.

  6. 06

    Guests reschedule and cancel themselves

By your rules: they see the refund, the free dates and any extra charge. No back-and-forth.

  7. 07

    Messages where your guests are

Email plus Telegram, LINE and Zalo. Mapbox maps where Google Maps is not allowed.

  8. 08

    Nothing outdated goes out

Every message is checked again just before sending: is the booking still on, has the time changed?

  9. 09

Sava AI does the work for you

Tour texts, translations, design in plain words, SEO, replies to reviews. Each as a “before → after” draft you can roll back.

  10. 10

Your own AI assistant runs the site

Connect your own AI app: 98 tools, with no access to money, keys or deleting data.

  11. 11

Move in from anywhere — and leave any time

Rezdy, FareHarbor, Bókun, WordPress, any website, spreadsheets. Old URLs keep working, and your data exports in six formats.

  12. 12

Everything built in, no pile of plugins

Abandoned-booking recovery, a waitlist, newsletters that count bookings, verified reviews, cookie-free analytics, backups.

What it looks like

Four looks. One booking engine.

This is the demo site of Lotus Bay Tours, a fictional company running on Sava. The look changes in one click; prices, dates and the booking form work the same in all four.

A three-step booking form

A three-step booking form. Guests, date, contacts. The calendar shows only days with seats for that party. The server works out the total, with extras and fees, live.

Phone first

Phone first. 55–73% of visitors arrive on a phone. The price and the “Choose a date” button stay under the thumb, and booking slides up as a sheet.

What you pay the platform each month on $5,000 of online sales. Sava includes the card payment fee.
  • Every system has a card processing fee from the payment provider — Sava too, on your Stripe or PayPal. It is left out of these sums.
  • Bókun and Rezdy let you pass the fee on to the guest: you no longer pay it, but the tour costs the guest that much more. At FareHarbor the guest always pays the checkout fee.

1

A couple of minutes: name, country, currency, languages. The site appears by itself — on a free address, with HTTPS and, if you like, six demo tours.

2

Make it yours

Logo, colour, contacts and one of four looks. Anything the settings don't cover, Sava AI does from plain words: “warmer”, “bigger buttons”.

3

Add your tours

Prices per guest type, schedule, guides, pickup points. Have an old tour page? “Fill with Sava” brings the text over. Demo tours go with one button.

4

Connect payments and open

Stripe or PayPal — the money goes straight to you. Your own domain whenever you're ready.

Questions

The short answers.

Pricing and what's included →

What does it really cost?

$49 a month plus a $2.84 card payment fee — $51.84 in total. No cut of your bookings. Sava AI is optional, paid from a balance at the mode's price.

Where does the travellers' money go?

Straight to your Stripe or PayPal. Travellers' money never passes through Savin Labs. Your payment provider charges its card processing fee, as with any system.

What happens after 14 days?

The trial ends by itself, and no card is needed. The site pauses, and your tours and settings are kept. Subscribe and the site carries on.

Do I need a developer?

No. Hosting, HTTPS, updates and backups are on us. Third-party plugins and code edits are not available, so an update cannot break your site.

Which languages?

The site, the booking form and the guest area work in any of about 50 languages. English, Russian and Spanish are built in; Sava AI translates the rest. The admin is in English and Russian.

Does Sava message guests on WhatsApp?

The site and the guest area have a WhatsApp button with a ready first message. Automatic messages go by email and to Telegram, LINE or Zalo.

Can I leave?

Yes. “Take your data” exports tours, bookings, customers and articles in six formats. Cancel by email; the plan runs to the end of the paid month.

Try Sava with your own tours.
